Exhibitors enjoy a digital presence on the online floorplan and mobile app with an e-Booth. Access to the Exhibitor Console where updates to e-Booths can be made will be available on February 8, 2019.

Attendee Email Outreach
During registration, attendees have the ability to opt-in to outreach from SEMICON West exhibitors. Convention Data Services can send email outreach on your organization's behalf to this list of participants who have opted in. Outreach to 2018 attendees can happen at any time. Outreach to 2019 attendees will be available beginnning May 1, 2019.

Warning: Attendee List Rental Services - Beware Unauthorized Providers
Show Management once again wants to warn you about an organizations who claim to have the SEMICON West Attendee List - and may be trying to sell this list to you! The ONLY way exhibitors can obtain access to the SEMICON West attendee list is through the Convention Data Services (CDS) list rental service. Exhibitors who receive solicitations from any companies indicating they have an Attendee List should contact Show Management immediately. Show Management takes every measure to protect our customer's data, and will take appropriate actions to stop the sale of these unofficial lists.

Exhibitors who use the official SEMICON West lead retrieval vendor, CDS, realize the full value of lead retrieval associated with SEMICON West:
Attendees receive a personalized post-show recap of the exhibitors that they checked-in with. Exhibitors who use other service providers are not included in this e-mail.
CDS offers a text message service to exhibitors to solve any issues with an onsite team that will come to your booth. Other providers can only offer phone support if the scanner needs attention.

Important Badge Barcode Information:
This event has QR codes on the badges. If you use your own lead retrieval system, you will need to order Data Conversion or the Event API to obtain complete attendee data.
